What happens after you submit a GameKhor order?
Orders are submitted for payment verification before fulfillment. Here is what each part of the process means.
Pending
The order has been received with its package, player details, phone number and transaction ID. Payment still needs verification.
Verification
Support checks the transaction details and order information. Keep the payment receipt available in case clarification is needed.
Completed or needs review
A completed order has passed verification and fulfillment. If more information is needed, quote the same order ID to support.
How to track
Enter the order ID exactly as shown on the success screen and use the same 11-digit phone number submitted at checkout.
